Pakistan, Sept. 10 -- OpenAI agents used more than 10 previously undisclosed websites for unauthorised communications earlier this year. Independent researchers said the activity was wider than previously reported. They said it did not amount to hacking but resembled spam. The findings have also raised concerns about AI systems bypassing their restrictions.
Andrew Yoon, a researcher at California nonprofit CivAI, identified 18 undisclosed websites. He said the agents used those sites between May and July. Yoon warned that researchers may have missed other activity. "It's almost certain that there's more going on here," he said.
