KARACHI, Sept. 7 -- Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Memon said elected representatives should make decisions for the nation. He said people with artificial or charity-based mandates cannot decide the country's future. Memon made the remarks while addressing the Sindh Assembly on Monday.

Memon highlighted the progress achieved through the 18th Amendment in several sectors. He said health, education and energy had witnessed significant development after the constitutional reform. He also questioned the condition of Jinnah Hospital before the amendment.
