Pakistan, July 23 -- The National Highway Authority (NHA) has successfully reopened several key roads in Gilgit Baltistan (GB) after recent cloudburst-triggered floods and landslides caused widespread blockages. Acting under the directions of Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan, NHA teams are working day and night using heavy machinery to ensure smooth traffic flow.

Restoration efforts are in full swing, with NHA teams actively clearing affected sections of the Karakoram Highway and nearby roads. At Tatta Pani, where a landslide recently blocked traffic, the road has now been reopened after continuous efforts. This area had faced repeated closures due to fresh landslides over the past few days.
