Pakistan, Sept. 2 -- Federal Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar has said new provinces can be created with a two-thirds majority. He made the remarks while speaking to the media in London. Tarar said provincial assemblies and Parliament could create new provinces if they wanted to do so. He said the required constitutional process would need support from the relevant assemblies and Parliament.
