Pakistan, April 10 -- Wars are not won through self-proclaimed victories; it is for the world to assess the outcomes on the basis of the objectives of war, either remaining unifocal, imperative for victory, or shifting objectives, evolving situation, and reinforcing failures. For the USA, its strategic objective or operational mission has clearly crept from regime change to opening of the Strait of Hormuz, to even considering pulling out of the theatre for others to make an effort to open it.
