Pakistan, Oct. 20 -- Member of the National Assembly and Member of the Standing Committee on Energy Syed Waseem Hussain has stressed the need for new grid stations, additional power transformers and a dual-source 500kV system to eliminate forced load shedding in Hyderabad and ensure a better and stable power supply to domestic, commercial, industrial and agricultural consumers of the HESCO region.

According to HESCO spokesperson Saadiq Kubbar, he expressed these views during a meeting held at the HESCO conference hall.

Syed Waseem Hussain said the installation of additional power transformers at Jamshoro grid station and the provision of a dual-source 500kV system were necessary to ensure an uninterrupted power supply.
