Pakistan, Sept. 4 -- The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority has increased electricity tariffs by Rs2.58 per unit nationwide. The increase comes through monthly and quarterly fuel cost adjustments. Nepra announced the decision on Friday through an official notification. The latest increase will raise electricity costs for consumers across Pakistan. However, different adjustments will apply during separate billing periods.
