The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and Al-Khidmat Foundation have sent the 19th relief shipment to Gaza. The shipment departed from Lahore via a chartered flight on Saturday. It carries 100 tons of essential supplies including bags of flour, ready-to-eat meals, cooking oil, jam, and canned fruits.
So far, Pakistan has sent a total of 1,915 tons of aid to Gaza through 19 shipments. The dispatch ceremony took place at Lahore's Allama Iqbal Airport at 10:30 am on August 23. The event was attended by the Speaker of Punjab Assembly and representatives from NDMA and Al-Khidmat Foundation.
