Pakistan, Aug. 30 -- PML-N President Nawaz Sharif has directed newly elected AJK Prime Minister Iftikhar Gillani to focus on development and reforms. Nawaz Sharif and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met Gillani and discussed steps to resolve public issues quickly. They stressed fulfilling election promises and improving services for people across Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and AJK Assembly Speaker Tariq Farooq also attended the meeting. Nawaz, Shehbaz and Maryam congratulated Gillani and Tariq Farooq on their election. Meanwhile, Nawaz shared a 100-day reform plan covering healthcare, education, sanitation and infrastructure.
