Pakistan, July 27 -- My definition of security has always been the famous Australian phrase "No Worries", but I do realise that it may be possible in several states for various reasons. Even in the most developed and most secure states, the achievement of 'no worries' may not be possible, because the price tag of attaining, maintaining, and sustaining security has increased manifold.
