Pakistan, Aug. 22 -- Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal said discussing new provinces is not unacceptable. He said the method of creating provinces can be debated under the Constitution. Kamal made the remarks while addressing a ceremony in Karachi. He said the government was upgrading the Central Government Dispensary at the airport.

The facility will become a 40-bed secondary hospital, according to Kamal. He said the hospital would offer essential medical services around the clock. The project will cost Rs660 million and should finish within four months. The hospital will also provide a 24-hour emergency service. Residents will no longer need to travel far for X-rays and other basic services.
