Pakistan, Aug. 24 -- Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab has called for legal action against anyone found responsible for Mir Raza's death. He said the family deserves justice and reassurance during the difficult period. Wahab also expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.

Wahab said the incident occurred on July 28 and became public the following day. Karachi's Additional Inspector General initially formed a five-member investigation team. Police also received a medical report from Jinnah Hospital.
