The initiative aims to increase public participation, improve road safety and strengthen enforcement of traffic rules. Travellers can report violations they witness, especially those involving public transport vehicles.

The campaign allows passengers to report overloading, excessive fares, reckless driving and other traffic violations. Authorities hope the system will help identify unsafe practices that could put passengers and other road users at risk. Moreover, citizens can share information without visiting a police office to register complaints.
