Pakistan, Aug. 10 -- Under Modi's rule, democracy is just a name and elections are nothing but a staged drama. Wearing the cloak of democracy, the Modi government has turned electoral fraud into a state policy to suppress its political opponents. Votes are meaningless and victory is fixed through EVMs (Electronic Voting Machines) and a pre-poll manipulation using state machinations.
