Pakistan, July 23 -- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced the establishment of fast-track courts to ensure swift punishment for those involved in examination paper leaks, responding publicly for the first time after weeks of nationwide student protests.

In a statement posted on social media platform X, Modi said the welfare and future of young people remained the government's highest priority.
