Mirzapur, Sept. 9 -- The Movie makers changed the emotional climax after Ravi Kishan's character Babban Yadav became unexpectedly popular with audiences. Director Gurmmeet Singh and writer-producer Puneet Krishna said they feared viewers would sympathise with Babban too strongly.
The filmmakers explained that audiences became deeply attached to Babban, creating a problem for the film's central storyline. They worried viewers might stop supporting Guddu, Bablu and Munna during the crucial climax.
As a result, the makers decided to reduce the intensity of another character's death scene. They said the moment had become so emotional that it risked distracting audiences from the film's intended narrative.
