Pakistan, June 28 -- Federal Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik on Saturday said the government remained committed to passing on the benefit of lower international oil prices to consumers while meeting international obligations, dismissing suggestions that it was favouring any particular sector in its fuel pricing decisions.

In a post on social media platform X, the minister shared international Platts benchmark prices for petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) for the current week, showing fluctuations in global refined fuel prices.
