Pakistan, Oct. 22 -- Japanese Consul General Hattori Masaru met Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab on Wednesday at the head office of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC).

The Mayor welcomed the Japanese delegation. Deputy Consul General of Japan and Managing Director Karachi Water Corporation Ahmed Ali Siddiqui were also present on the occasion.

During the meeting, matters relating to the installation of a pumping station at Hub Canal and areas of mutual cooperation were discussed.
