Pakistan, July 28 -- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz on Tuesday hailed the PML-N's performance in the first phase of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir elections. She urged the Pakistan Peoples Party to accept the results and respect the democratic process.

In a televised address, Maryam said election outcomes are determined by voters rather than the state. She rejected allegations of rigging raised by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari following the AJK election results.
