Pakistan, Aug. 21 -- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz criticised political rivals without naming them, accusing them of promoting unrest or corruption. Addressing an event in Lahore, she said political parties should focus on public service, delivery and performance. She said their attention remained focused on PML-N.

Maryam said one political party had a tendency toward protests and disorder. She described another as associated with corruption in the name of systems.

She said PML-N's approach centred on public service and development. According to her, governments failing to deliver citizens' rights at their doorstep were unsuccessful.
