Pakistan, Aug. 3 -- Marvel fans barely had time to celebrate Wonder Man's future before Disney+ pulled the plug. Just months after the streamer renewed the superhero series for a second season, Marvelreversed course, leaving fans stunned-and star Yahya Abdul-Mateen II with a heartfelt message for those who supported the show.

Breaking his silence on Instagram, the Emmy-nominated actor wrote, "Word just dropped that Wonder Man won't be coming back. That's life, right? Everything will shake out."
