Pakistan, April 23 -- A massive fire has destroyed around 1,000 homes in a coastal settlement on Borneo Island in Malaysia, forcing over 9,000 residents to flee their homes and seek temporary shelter. Authorities confirmed that no deaths have been reported so far, although the scale of displacement remains significant. Consequently, emergency teams rushed to the affected area in the Sandakan district. The incident has left thousands without immediate access to housing or basic facilities.
