Pakistan, April 22 -- Fly Jinnah will begin operating two daily flights between Lahore and Islamabad from May 1, according to Federal Minister for Defence Khawaja Asif. The move is aimed at improving domestic air connectivity and easing travel between the two major cities. It is expected to benefit frequent commuters across multiple sectors.

In a social media post, Khawaja Asif said the increased flight frequency will provide relief to lawyers, businessmen, patients, and elderly passengers. He added that improved air services will save time and reduce travel fatigue for regular travellers. The decision is part of broader efforts to enhance transport efficiency.
