Pakistan, Nov. 6 -- Kuwait Ministry of Finance confirmed the enactment of Decree-Law No. 114/2026, establishing new individual real estate financing options for citizens eligible for state housing assistance. Under the supervision of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK), qualified citizens can now access mortgage financing through local commercial banks and licensed financial firms.
