Pakistan, Oct. 30 -- Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Thursday said that female students had proved through their talent, dedication and determination that ability knows no gender, adding that promotion of education and healthcare remained among the provincial government's top priorities. Addressing the 7th convocation of Khyber Girls Medical College (KGMC) Peshawar as chief guest, the Governor said the government's goal was to establish an effective healthcare system so that patients from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would no longer need to seek treatment in other provinces.
