Pakistan, Aug. 5 -- The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has announced plans to digitise education and make school textbooks available on smartphones. The initiative aims to expand learning access and improve literacy across the province.

Chief Minister Suhail Afridi said the digital education programme would help provide quality education to children, especially in remote areas. He said the reforms would also support efforts to bring millions of out-of-school children into classrooms.
