Pakistan, Sept. 21 -- King Charles has reportedly responded to claims in a forthcoming book by Charles Spencer about Princess Diana and events surrounding her death. The claims have reportedly created tensions behind Palace walls.

Spencer, the late princess's brother and the uncle of Princes William and Harry, discusses Diana's death in 1997 and events that followed. His book also reportedly examines discussions involving the royal family and the young princes.

According to a report by Woman's Day, sources claimed Charles was angered by revelations in the book. The report said his advisers intervened and encouraged him to issue a more measured response.
