Pakistan, Sept. 28 -- The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Sunday made significant progress in the investigation of the September 18 suicide blast at the Old Police Lines. According to investigating officials, vital evidence has been gathered regarding the movement of the terrorists and their local facilitators. Investigators revealed that the attackers arrived at the Police Lines using an explosives-laden vehicle and a rickshaw. The suicide bomber was riding in the rickshaw, while two other terrorists reached the site on a motorcycle.
