Pakistan, July 28 -- Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab has said that the blessed month of Rabi-ul-Awwal holds immense spiritual, religious, and historical significance for the Muslim Ummah, as it marks the birth of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), who guided humanity from darkness, ignorance, and misguidance towards the eternal message of the Holy Qur'an-a source of guidance for all mankind until the Day of Judgment.

He stated that ensuring the provision of civic facilities and improving municipal arrangements during Rabi-ul-Awwal is not merely an official responsibility but a matter of honour and privilege. He added that a comprehensive plan has been prepared to address civic issues before 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal.
