Pakistan, Aug. 8 -- The exhumation of young businessman Mir Raza began at a cemetery in Karachi on Friday. Authorities have formed a medical board for the process.

Mir Raza's family members and lawyer Jibran Nasir were present at the Society Cemetery. The police surgeon, identification project head and magistrate also attended the proceedings.

Meanwhile, a large police contingent was deployed around the cemetery. Authorities made strict security arrangements to manage the situation during the exhumation.

Medical board members will collect different samples from the grave. They will also obtain a DNA sample from Mir Raza's remains for further examination.
