ISLAMABAD, June 15 -- The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police has appointed Kainat Azhar Khan as the new Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) of Islamabad, assigning her an additional responsibility as SSP Operations Safe City.

According to an official notification issued by Islamabad Police, the appointment was made by Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi as part of a reshuffle in the capital's police administration.

Kainat Azhar Khan, a BS-18 officer of the Police Service of Pakistan (PSP), replaces Mohammad Sarfraz Virk, whose services have been transferred to the Punjab government. The move comes as Islamabad Police seeks to strengthen traffic management and operational efficiency in the federal capital.
