Pakistan, Oct. 8 -- Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Emir Hafiz Naeemur Rehman addressed a Gaza Solidarity March in Islamabad on Tuesday, saying the October 7, 2023, Hamas-led attack had brought major changes to global perceptions about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Addressing the participants, Hafiz Naeem congratulated them and said Jamaat-e-Islami had continued to keep the Palestinian cause at the centre of its activities.

He claimed that those who believed Israel could not be defeated had been proven wrong, saying the October 7 attack, which he referred to as "Operation Al-Aqsa Flood," had challenged Israel's technological and military superiority.
