Pakistan, May 2 -- Japan and Vietnam have agreed to significantly expand bilateral trade to $60 billion by 2030. The deal reflects growing economic cooperation as both countries aim to strengthen supply chains and regional stability. The announcement was made following high-level talks in Hanoi.

The agreement was reached between Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi and Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung. Both leaders also committed to boosting Japanese investment in Vietnam to $5 billion annually. The focus includes high-technology projects and increased technology transfer.
