Pakistan, Oct. 30 -- International Training Center (ITC), together with Lifesaver CPR & First Aid Trainings, an AHA Aligned Training Site, held a Hands-Only CPR awareness activity at [venue] in Islamabad. The activity supported the American Heart Association (AHA) mission and marked October as CPR Month.

About students, faculty and staff took part. Instructors first demonstrated how to recognize cardiac arrest, call for help and begin chest compressions. Participants then knelt at rows of training manikins and practiced under supervision. Instructors corrected hand position, compression depth and rate as they went.
