Pakistan, Aug. 12 -- Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has confirmed that three Pakistani citizens were killed and another injured in a Houthi attack on a commercial vessel.

Dar strongly condemned the attack on the cargo ship in the Red Sea and expressed condolences to the families of the Pakistani victims. He also directed officials to support the injured citizen.

The foreign minister said attacks on non-combatant commercial vessels put innocent lives at risk and violate international law. He warned that such incidents also pose a serious threat to maritime navigation.
