Pakistan, Aug. 5 -- Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has called on Muslim countries to work together for the freedom of Palestine. He made the remarks during a ministerial meeting on occupied Jerusalem.

Dar said Israeli actions in occupied Jerusalem violate international law, according to his address. He also condemned incursions by extremist Israelis into Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The deputy prime minister said attempts to control holy sites were unacceptable. Moreover, he urged Arab and Muslim countries to coordinate efforts for Palestinian rights.
