Pakistan, Sept. 29 -- Iran's Revolutionary Guards have rejected US President Donald Trump's statements about Iran's nuclear weapons. The IRGC spokesperson called Trump a "big liar" over his remarks. The comments came as tensions remain focused on Iran's nuclear position and US policy. The IRGC also said Iran would never pursue nuclear weapons.

IRGC spokesperson Hossein Mohebbi said Americans should receive accurate information about the situation. He also claimed the United States had failed in its military campaign against Iran.
