Pakistan, Sept. 11 -- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian arrived in New Delhi on Friday to attend the BRICS summit. His visit comes amid the ongoing conflict between Iran and the United States.
Pezeshkian is among several foreign leaders arriving in the Indian capital for the weekend summit. He is scheduled to meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday evening.
The visit marks Pezeshkian's second overseas trip since the United States and Israel launched their war against Iran. His previous foreign trip took place in June, when he visited Pakistan.
