Pakistan, Aug. 2 -- Iran has warned that it will respond forcefully to any new military action by the United States, as Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi held separate telephone conversations with senior officials from Pakistan, Turkiye and Saudi Arabia. The discussions reflected growing regional concern over rising tensions and focused on the possibility of further escalation in the Middle East.

During his calls with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Pakistan's Field Marshal Asim Munir, Araghchi stressed that Iran would answer any American "adventurous action" with a proportional response.
