Pakistan, Jan. 12 -- Iran's foreign minister said the country is prepared for both war and negotiations. He made the remarks amid rising tensions with the United States. Meanwhile, he claimed the internal security situation is now fully under control.

Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said violence increased over the weekend due to terrorist actions. He stated that both protesters and security forces were targeted. However, he added that authorities have restored order across the country.
