Pakistan, Aug. 18 -- Indonesia has recorded 2,119 aftershocks since Saturday's deadly magnitude 7.7 earthquake in East Nusa Tenggara. Authorities warned the seismic activity could continue for another three to four weeks. Several tourist attractions have temporarily closed for safety inspections.

Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysical recorded aftershocks ranging from magnitude 1.3 to 6.2. Twenty-four aftershocks measured above magnitude 5.0, while residents felt 70 tremors. Officials continue monitoring the earthquake sequence across affected areas.
