Pakistan, Jan. 30 -- Extremist groups in India are increasingly attacking minority places of worship. Christians and Muslims face threats, harassment, and physical violence daily. Authorities have struggled to stop these incidents.
In Odisha, extremist Hindus entered a church and blocked Christians from praying. They threatened to evict villagers from their homes. Locals say such attacks are spreading to nearby villages.
In one attack, two Christian youths were seriously injured while attending church. Earlier, a priest was beaten, forced to wear shoes on his head, and smeared with cow dung. These incidents have created fear across communities.
