Pakistan, July 22 -- The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday cancelled the cause list of cases fixed before Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar due to his unavailability. As a result, the hearing of a petition filed by former National Cyber Crime Investigation (NCCIA) Director General Waqaruddin Syed against a departmental inquiry could not take place. In the case, the court had earlier issued notices to the Establishment Division and the Ministry of Interior, seeking their reports while restraining the authorities from taking any disciplinary action against the petitioner.
