Pakistan, Oct. 6 -- The International Criminal Court (ICC) has unsealed arrest warrants against two Taliban education ministers over alleged crimes against humanity. The court issued the warrants in September 2025 but kept them sealed until Monday. The warrants target Education Minister Habibullah Agha and Higher Education Minister Neda Mohammad Nadeem. Both officials allegedly enforced policies that restrict education for Afghan women and girls.
