Pakistan, June 20 -- Pakistan Meteorological Department on Friday forecast hot and dry weather in most districts of the Sindh province during the next 24 hours.

However, partly cloudy weather is likely in upper districts.

Mainly, hot and dry weather is likely to prevail in the province.

Meanwhile; The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) on Friday issued a nationwide weather alert, warning that strong winds, dust storms, thunderstorms, heavy rainfall, urban flooding and glacier related flood risks could affect several parts of the country over the next 12 to 24 hours, with vulnerable mountainous regions facing an elevated threat of Glacial Lake Outburst Floods (GLOFs).
