Pakistan, June 26 -- Sindh Senior Minister and Provincial Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit, Sharjeel Inam Memon, while reacting to Khawaja Saad Rafique's statement, said that Khawaja Saad Rafique should first hold local government elections in Punjab, give the people of Punjab their constitutional rights, and then lecture other provinces on democratic systems.
