Pakistan, June 7 -- The Pakistan Meteorological Department has issued a heatwave alert for several cities across the country, warning of a sharp rise in temperatures from June 7 to June 12. The advisory highlights intense heat conditions affecting multiple regions simultaneously.

According to the forecast, Karachi will experience temperatures ranging between 40degC and 43degC during the heatwave period. Meanwhile, authorities warned that extreme weather conditions could place additional pressure on public health and daily life in urban areas.
