Pakistan, June 30 -- Health experts have urged people to maintain proper hydration during hot weather to reduce the risk of dehydration and heat exhaustion as rising temperatures increase fluid loss through excessive sweating. They recommend drinking water regularly throughout the day instead of consuming large amounts at once, helping the body absorb fluids more effectively and maintain a healthy balance.

Experts advise most adults to drink at least eight to 10 glasses of water daily, while people spending long hours outdoors or engaging in physical activity should increase their intake. Additionally, replacing fluids promptly is important because the body loses both water and essential salts through perspiration during extreme heat.
