Pakistan, Oct. 5 -- Gyanesh Kumar faces fresh scrutiny after India's Supreme Court sought explanations over decisions linked to a major voter-roll revision. A three-judge bench led by Chief Justice Surya Kant issued notices to the government, Election Commission of India and Kumar. The court is examining whether the election body followed legal and constitutional requirements during the process.
