The government has decided to brief Parliament on the recent defence agreement signed between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. The National Assembly will meet on September 29 to discuss the strategic pact. The session is expected to begin at 5 PM, pending approval by the Prime Minister. The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs has already sent the session summary for approval.

Sources said the government will take the house into confidence over the terms of the Pakistan-Saudi Arabia defence agreement.
